Yes, pretty much.

Rosemary, garlic, mint, oregano, lemon, dijon mustard, honey and butter. Spread on a butterflied leg of lamb, rolled and roast. Oh, plenty of seasoning as it spins.

Not the most photogenic ever but one of the most cheesy. Me and Homer, or Mr Simpson as I call him, both tucked in good and proper before the ambulance turned up

Deep fried seafood sticks as well, which went slightly wrong but still very tasty

I'll be experimenting this weekend again with those.

It's Monaco and Indy 500 and already have 2kg of ribs in the freezer waiting.
