I refurbished the drum this week with a fresh coat of stove paint and custom grills. First blast I used some pheasants I had in the freezer from earlier in the year, some tiny scotch bonnets grown in work and spring onions and beans from the family plot. The ingredients all pointed to jerk with rice and pea (runner beans in this case).
The rest of the jerk paste went into a sauce made with some reduced Jamaican beer (Dragon Stout) I stumbled across in Tescos world food section.

The photography on this page is top work, as it is feast for the eyes,
I did a great british bake off, soup wise. Tesco v Sainsbury Chicken and Tarragon soup
You can probably tell from the darker aspect of the Tesco one it had more flavour. And it was 88p rather than £1
On it's own the Sainsburys one could not be faulted, but back to back it was found wanting. And you save 12p which 2.5 plastic bags.
