It's the bowl you get for the chips when you have 20 meatballs, but as you can see, I've eloquently found space on the plate for them.

My first attempt at home made crumpets........forgot to take a photo after the half pound of butter got trowelled on though.
Amazing, what is the recipe?
I used this one.........

http://www.redonline.co.uk/food/recipes/paul-holly...

Only got into "bread" making about three weeks ago since we've just fitted two new ovens (one is full steam but both have a dough proofing setting) so thought about crumpets as they need yeast as well. Really is easy to make it's just quicker to proof in the oven.

Here's my latest Loafs.........

Next week it's Hot Cross Buns bounce

What did you add to the beef?

Stir fried onions, green peppers, mushrooms & garlic.
Used Edam slices, couldn’t find provolone.
Spread a mustard, horseradish and mayo mixture on the interior of each slice of bread.
Exterior covered in a tonne of butter as you do with a toastie thumbup

Pretty legit apart from the lack of provolone thumbup

Tonight I made spicy lamb kheema with fried egg (which I ruined trying out my new egg ring) and homemade garlic and cumin roti.

pretty good actually. I guess you might describe it as a seafood restaurant for people that don't like fish. Lots of squid, prawns, crab, scallops and things like that, as well as a mixture of other things. They also do what i am told is pretty fabulous rotisserie chicken. Fairly expensive but we don't go out as much as we used to now.

Also went to 20 stories, the new Aiden Byrne place, but only for drinks. Pretty amazing looking place and views are rather incredible.

Why’s that?

Just wondering if it’s irrational hate. Just like I have for Rebecca Adlington.
