Because it's a dinner photo thread? What about all the people who post the same roast dinner, steak or pie for weeks at a time? He can post whatever he likes as it's fitting the criteria. If anything it's refreshing to see people posting normal/cheap/basic meals instead of the constant poncy powerfully built company director artisan chef trying to one up the next.

If I had to eat something like that for my dinner, in my mind I wouldn't have succeeded in meeting the first level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Burgers tonight.

Local form shop was selling burger mince, they had messed about with some ratios for better consistency. Worked well, made the sauce from Jamie Oliver's Insanity Burger recipe too.

Severed with gherkins, red onion and melted Red Leicester. Messy but so good!

And then you served it up on a plank?

We had plates, we're not savages! Just made everything on the board and put it in the middle of the table.

I even used a fork for the wedges.

But why post your "effort" if you didn't make any?

I just think he's trolling.

It's a "photo of your dinner"

It fits the thread title.

So I like pasta ,so what ?

I will continue to occasionally post in this thread ,despite the bullying negativity.

I think you're all being a bit precious really.

Surely you can post whatever picture you like if that's what you had for dinner, and if you get a 'wow, that looks great', or a 'WTF, hahaha, how can you eat that'? So what?

Stop being nonces, post what you had for dinner and take the praise or the banter/piss taking as it comes.

Bloody Brits and their 'you can't say that' attitude, we're all grown ups here, stop being professionaly offended.

Oh and Pericoloso, that really did look mank biggrin

Fair enough, that risotto on page 1 this thread, showed it to the dog who, if he could talk, might have said, " taking photos of my puke to show the vet again are we?"

That, some of the stuff that's posted in here must be posted for a laugh. Overcooked pasta, ketchup and two tins of veg is barely a meal, let alone something that I'd go to the effort of posting online laugh.

At least the guy who kept putting random stuff in big yorkies had a bit of imagination.

Everyone eats ste, my personal favourite is a large pie dish full of cheesy chips and pickled jalapenos smile. If I were to post pictures of it, I'd expected a bit of mocking for it.

School boy error, it fits on the roll better if you eat the pastry from round the side before you put it on.
