Wifey makes superb Yorkies but a dozen is far too many for a Sunday for two of us!! At the end of the day it's just a pancake mix done in the oven.

Nice with Danish Blue cheese as well

That looks ideal for this weather - light, with minimal cooking. What's the dressing, balsamic? I've sometimes add chilli and garlic (grinder) and lime juice. Add cold beer.
