Superb work exgtt!

Spot of light lunch for me, different place, this time it wasn't raw and the place has a score of 3 out of 5 from scores on the doors -

Had a quick look on the scores on the doors site with all the Leeds listings, it seems I have eaten at a place with 0 and 16 places I have eaten from have a score of 1. Deary me

Thanks a bunch. I must have spent a good five minutes looking at the shapes of the pieces in that sauce for something that resembled a foot or a toe, before I realised that the foot in question wasn't actually part of the main dish...!

Not so....If memory serves the chicken feet balls are usually placed on the right side of the bowl are they not?. Predictable my arse.

I got an extendable fork kindly given to me by pixel snapper for Christmas....I'm thinking a tubular glass vassal, say 6" diamter x 12" deep..then create a layered dish. I dirty triffle of filth. ( extendable fork for depth )

Eta

What the fork is a vassal?

I wouldn't worry about that. Most domestic kitchens would struggle to get any stars

I think we ought to get a list of users and make a batch of 'PH dirty takeaway' plates. Have them modelled on gallardoguy's plate.

Better than that, it appears to be slung straight onto the table with no plate!
