nice but too little for 2 people
It was amazing, still piping hot and sloppy when it arrived, even more amazing after the guts of a bottle of rum each, but after scouring my local area for the best takeaways I have finally found a decent pizza place. But your right we didn't have enough, and I had to rummage through the cupboards for snacks after, polishing off a sizeable box of shortbread left over from Christmas.

Blimey.
Had a chicken shawarma and chips from a place I’ve frequented for years and nearly binned half of it. Quality has gone down the pan, always frustrates me when a regular place that usually turns out good grub goes all ste.
Now I need to find a new shawarma place in Leeds. Any suggestions local folk?

Yeah I've tried it, now I'm used to a hot curry, always have a Phall or Vindaloo. Not bacuse I'm well 'ard but bacause a decent Indian can make even hot food taste nice
That Morrison's stuff though, that was just pure heat and didn't taste very nice either, I was disappointed.
Yep, i'm also a vindaloo/phaal man and the Morrisons curry was awful. Like you say...all heat and no taste. Yuck. That Morrison's stuff though, that was just pure heat and didn't taste very nice either, I was disappointed.

I've not found a [great curry house in the middle of town, had an Ok meal at Zouks once, but tripadvisor is not as kind now as it was when I went.
Akbars is entertaining, a 10 minute trot the other side of Deansgate - good to let the food go down on the way back, A fun place if there's a lively group of you.
