Apologies, forgot about the thread until I was half way through, when it struck me the vivid colour would be a worthy addition.

King doner from a new place I gave a whirl, £7.

Bit late, but good Monday morning motivation. Pizza hut offering for post football match fuel!

Followed by a whole tub of celebrations, but not the Bounty's, no one likes the Bounty's!

Was too hungover to eat yesterday, so had to make up the calories today.

Doner and chips too much garlic sauce for me today, chilli sauce applied afterwards from tub in the fridge, don’t like the chilli sauce from this place.

Chicken burger with cheese and doner, this thing is massive.

So who is going to be the first one to buy, eat and post a pic of the offering from the first vegan fish and chip shop? I'm out, no chance it's in hipster central, though the Telegraph reckon it's not too bad, the fish is battered banana blossom marinated in seaweed and sapphire.

I really don't get it. If you want to be a vegan then eat food which is designed to be vegan. There's some vegan Indian food that will blow your socks off. Why make stuff which is supposed to be a bit like something you're not allowed to eat? Unless you're just determined to let everyone know how much you oppose the senseless murder of little fishies I suppose.

I wonder how the militant brigade would react if a restaurant processed and extracted beef mince until it exactly ressembled tofu?

it's not even 'like' fish. they serve battered banana blossoms. something that is part of indian cuisine. the place is a normal fish & chip shop too. it's good marketing for them so fair play.

Because some people enjoy fish and chips, but no longer want to contribute to killing other things for food, but would still like to have something that is like fish and chips?

Not all vegans hate the taste of meat... they just choose not to eat it.

What vegans choose to eat doesn’t concern me. I don’t know why it would concern you?
