The strips never taste the same as the meat peices IMO. The coating seems completely different.
they dry out, pieces are juicier.
Strips are the blandest thing they do (apart from the chips). I normally get 2 piece variety meal which comes with one. Needs dousing in a lot of Frank's and mayo but ends up quite salty.

Is a munchy box not a common thing then? Will have to take a picture next time I order one.

This was what I warmed up on Saturday afternoon after a Friday night out on the pop.
Donna and chicken kebab with the crusts and leftover bits of a garlic bread with cheese.

Seemed to be more raw onions than anything.

Anyhow worked wonders for the hangover.

They have spread down from Scotland to the North East, not a common sight in Leeds yet. I’ll see if I can persuade a few local takeaway owners to look into it.

Order the same stuff, and ask them to chuck it in a pizza box rather than individual ones...

The nearest thing to a munchie box here in west Berks is a mixed grill from a kebab house, and they start at £18. It's not fair.

Looking closer at that “bargain box” above.

4 generic looking burgers
Some chicken pakoras/tenders
Large portion of elephant leg
Large portion of cheesy chips
Bottle of coca cola

Doesn’t seem like that much of a bargain based on the price. Got a few takeaways near where I work in Beeston that could probably serve up the same stuff for a similar price.
