How the fk do you lot eat all this?

Don't get me wrong, I'm in awe (& mild concern) - but chicken meat, chips and curry - and a special pizza? Or £31 of takeaway scran?? By yourselves?!

Your bogs must look like the inside of a scrapyard's kettle.
That’ll do me for dinner tonight and lunch/dinner tomorrow. There’s a minimum order on most places, so if you order the bare minimum, any delivery cost is a bigger percentage of the total, so I tend to order enough to cover a few meals and bring “delivery per meal” down.

Or I may just revert to being a fat knacker and eat it all in one hit...
Everything was really very good, with the exception of the meat samosas being pretty “meh”. I got free salad (lolz) and some chutneys but I’m guessing they didn’t chuck in any free poppadoms, which is a shame.

The feast, before decanting:

Starters - top to bottom (left to right maybe, who knows?) - chicken pakora, meat samosa, mixed kebab:

Main course - lamb dupiaza, plain rice, garlic naan (the latter also a bit “meh”, could’ve done to be cooked a bit more)

Beaten:

Actually, not beaten. Just a short pause and I’m done:

It was probably too good to be considered dirty. It was definitely the best curry I’ve had in a while, but was it worth thirty plus quid to a parsimonious, “adopted” Northerner like me? Not really. It was expensive for what it was. I reverted to option B, as I’ve not had much of an appetite after surgery last week - the most I’ve eaten otherwise was a couple of bacon butties yesterday, but that was all day. As was this, apart from a couple of slices of toast and jam about 9am this morning.

I still can’t believe they didn’t chuck in at least a couple of poppadoms. Twunts.

Local chippy has this on offer.

That thing on the left is a 1/4 pizza crunch for non-Scottish people.

Usually only admire from afar, so thought I'd do my bit and post a rare takeaway purchase whilst residing in Twyford.

King Prawn Shaslik and Aloo Gobi. Apologies for the salad.

I thoroughly enjoyed it all smile

True but the local classifies it as a spicy tomato garlic bread with cheese so I’ll take their word for it. Was as dirty as it looked. Bliss

yikes

She didn't eat that, she literally inhaled it.

Seen it done with liquids millions of times, but never like that with food. While I struggle to use the word impressive here, it was bloody impressive !

The technique appears to be take a large mouthful, chew 2-3 times, then wash that down with whatever is in front of you.

Effective indeed, but I can't imagine what the indigestion must be like!

That's crazy, just drinking that much juice on its own would be a struggle! She must feel so bloated afterwards for days after finishing all that lot!
