Just had the same situation myself.
I found these, which fit in a domestic fridge, so ordered 8 of them, and 3 lids if they need to be stacked in smaller piles.

You can fit 6 doughs per box (more if you're happy to slice them out with a dough cutter) and they were delivered within 3 days.

Am seriously tempted. Was going to get the Uuni 3 for the summer but then I found out about the pro. Like you say its risky being first in line.
I looked at this, but decided to get the Uuni 3 anyway. There didn't seem much advantage to the Pro for more than double the price. Slightly larger, multi-fuel capability (which the 3 can probably do too if you're prepared to modify it), and a temperature gauge. I'm happy with 12" pizzas, not bothered about using charcoal, and got a laser thermometer gun for £14. Fired it up for the first time at the weekend - got to 400 degrees on the stone in no time, really impressed.hyphen said:
Then will wait till reviews they are claiming it gets to 500 degrees or so in 15 minutes, but that will be ideal conditions, will be good to know how fast it is on average with different types of fuels.
All I need now is a trusted reviewer.... are you buying one

How did you find the pellets?
Brilliant! Absolute steal at that price too.D1bram said:
So my Uuni 3 arrived yesterday (a day behind the bag!) and along with the bargain wood pellets (thanks Vyse) I gave it a first firing last night.
Very quick trial, but wow I am impressed! Hot, hot, hot after just ten minutes and the pizza cooked in just over a minute.
I will experiment, as I think I need to let the stone heat up longer to get a crispier base to topping char ratio, but generally I am very, very pleased and off to add a skillet next.
I had doubts, and even thought from pictures it maybe looked a little too heath robinson - but the reality is that it is well thought out, easy to use and works fantastic.

If you rub a frozen dough ball with a bit of oil they don't stick together when defrosting. And... you can always "defrost" a frozen dough ball in a mic for a minute before rolling out. It's no where near as good but it does work.
Also, don't faff defrosting over night in a fridge. A couple of hours out oiled up on the day is fine.
