Hi Guys
I have acquired through a property acquisition 2 of these DX-1000's.

Anyone know much about them?

I checked out their website and they are not cheap; 3.5k each.

I need to sell them but guess they are quite specialist.

Regards

Not many places would use them although I suspect many might want them! If you want shot quick them your best bet is to put in an auction or sell to a second hand catering supplier. Either way don't expect too much for them unless they are new and unused.

Alternatively eBay is a thriving market for second hand catering kit. Might take a while to shift but that's your best bet IMO.

Thanks.

Actually just spoken with the original supplier who has made an offer.

Will have a think

Really just guessing but on ebay I wouldn't expect more than a grand even if like new unless theres some sort of warranty on them. Realistically £500 so if the OEM makes a decent offer I'd take it unless you are happy to have them hanging around for some time.

I'd love one but couldn't justify the price/space.

Spoke to the importer of these a while back and these are the ones to get if you want to dry-age at home/small business.
