I'm in the market for a home machine but I don't really want one designed to work with pre-ground and a pressurised Portafilter - my old La Pavoni Europiccola has developed a boiler leak I don't know if it's worth fixing - at the same time was finding its limitations to be stressful i.e. poor temperature management and overall lack of consistency due to lever machines lack of standardised prefuse time etc making it tricky to dial in a grind properly.

I've currently got a modified Gaggia Classic and a Sette 270W but, having had a session at Northstar roasters in Leeds playing about with some of their machines, I feel the need to upgrade. Top of my list is an Expobar Leva dual boiler.
