Try washing your hair more often and/or seeing a doctor about your excessive sweat problem?
I keep helmets, on average, 5 years and they never smell. Same with gloves and boots. Not sure what is wrong with people who seem to make clothes that cover bits of the body that shouldn't smell if you're healthy and hygienic smell....

Am I missing a "whoosh here?" Lol, what a total bellend post. I keep helmets, on average, 5 years and they never smell. Same with gloves and boots. Not sure what is wrong with people who seem to make clothes that cover bits of the body that shouldn't smell if you're healthy and hygienic smell....
There's nothing abnormal about wearing an item for 3 years and not washing it for it to smell.
I'll bet you're either one of these people who actually stinks but doesn't know it, or you hardly ever actually use your gear, so have no actual clue.
I'm guessing from your charming interpersonal skills that you were the smelly kid at school.

Cheers, been in 20 minutes but making a banging noise...sure it won't get damaged?
My Arai has removable liners but my Bell (car but similar principle) doesn't-I used Autoglym Interior Shampoo and a microfibre cloth to clean the liner, which seems to work well and keep it smelling nice.

Rip the liner out (if it's removable) and wash in the shower with your preferred choice of shower/shampoo products. Allow to dry to and stick back into helmet, gluing back on any of the little plastic tabs you snapped off during removal.

He’s probably a stinky person. We have people ask us to service helmets, fit intercoms etc and the majority of them are rank. There’s probably chip shops with less grease in them!. The people that own them never seem to think there is a problem.
I hired a bike in Thailand, it was a big bike, so opted to take a helmet (optional!?!). My god, it was rank, I couldn't wait to get it off. I actually considered buying a new one and leaving it behind when I left. Gassing Station | Biker Banter | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
