No 1 Bistro Oxford. Crab soufflé (excellent); lamb shoulder, potato cake, samphire, cockles, anchovy (excellent).

The first pic - I'm thinking it might be an egg but I'm assuming I may be wrong?

Something intrigues me about your noodle(s) hehe. They look good, recipe?

Looking back through the thread for tonight’s inspiration and coming up blank. Although I saw a meal with peas…
Turns out the noddles were a point of conversation the next day.

fking wholemeal / wholewheat noodle things. I couldn't tell - but they didn't boil as I expected.

Recipe easy. Key flavours - Sesame Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Lime, Chilli, Soy, Pepper, 5 spice... fry it hot and let it burn then simmer down and add your noodles ( cooked in beef stock ). High heat again, then add more of your chosen flavours.

Fresh coriander over the top as served. And if like me, raw bird eyes.

Made some dirty hotdogs last night, not too messy thanks to a lettuce leaf under the sausage.

This may end up as a lazy chicken chasseur but whatever the outcome it will be with fine green beans and Jersey royals as they're already done.

How does that help?

I find when I make hotdogs I put all the toppings and sauce under the sausage and that works

I think we should have a fridge bingo thread. No notice, announced at 3pm (to allow for defrosting), cook what you got, no extra shopping just what you have.

Chips are ‘over cooked’ if you were to read the bag.

Burgers are proper butchers ones cooked with a weight on to brown up. It was delicious, if not appearing to you’s lots eyes
