I was in Stafford over the weekend… back for my father in laws funeral
I looked at that place for a takeaway on Saturday night, but ended up getting a Chinese instead (which was very decent).
Will try to give it a go when I’m next back.
Really sorry to hear that chap

Also possibly a bit OT but which Chinese did you go for? I've struggled to find a reliable one round here...

Not sure if I should be offended!
Sorry for your loss, Chris.
Not at all! Ignoring my random prejudices about the consistency of taco shells, they're all about the fillings at the end of the day - and that looks spot on.
Sorry for your loss, Chris.

Not sure of the recipe, needs editing, but feeling like a giant eating food was worth it all…

This is something I want to try, I still have the perception of Macaroni cheese from the 80's, in a can.
Maybe next time I do some brisket or ribs. Looks nice!
Me too, and that macaroni looks awesome. Maybe next time I do some brisket or ribs. Looks nice!
I went to a friend's house when I was about 13. His mum was a lovely lady but no joke, had to be the world's absolute worst cook - would even manage to screw up toast. She made Macaroni and cheese that evening, and to this day I've no idea what she put in it, but every mouthful was making me gag and I didn't have it in me to tell her I hated it. It probably would have been better out of a can.
I've never been able to eat macaroni and cheese since without feeling like retching but going to have to try a decent one, like this poster's one pictured.
