Looks fantastic, beef bourguignon is one of my favourite meals. I have a slow cooker recipe for it that I found online and amended a little, which is how I usually make it these days - usually turns out very nice.

Gone a bit AMG

LM24 weekend so Frau GenX knocked up a boeuf bourguinon (no idea if I spelled that right) with small potatoes. Nearly four hours cooked in red wine, fantastic.

Nice wine. Cheers to all those who are toasting their departed fathers. I'll raise a glass to mine.

Thanks!

To avoid the heat I thought I’d make myself sweat with spicy fajitas!

Irish sirloin from a local English butcher, chips, Spanish tomato salad (can t stop eating these at the moment.. Rosa tomatoes with red onion, and a bit of Jerez vinegar super tasty), home made chimichuri.

Valpolicella ripasso a nice change from then usual Rioja/ribera
