But also

Craig, yours looks like that weird Indian mac and cheese you suggested some time ago, which was not nice!
Jesus tough crowd hehe

it was alright it was just a make something from what was in the fridge meal and the spinach was a bit sad so I blended it. Tasted decent but yeah looks a bit odd because it goes green

The Azerbaijani Grand Prix today so, for the first time, Frau GenX did their national dish - chicken pilaf with flatbread. It was amazing.

Do better, Craig.

You’ve generally posted/helped in a positive way, across all the threads, but Cheddar Indian was a miss for me!

Haha that was a blast from the childhood thing. When you’re 12 and it’s cheap for school lunch you lap it up. Also you know my version could have been better than your approximation just saying hehe

Beef Bouguignon done in slow cooker for 8hrs, with usual ingredients except I couldn’t get pearl onions so used shallots instead. Served with some baby boiled potatoes and a chunk of crusty bread to mop up that nice red wine gravy

That looks good!

I love bhindi sabji. Dry fry, but cut smaller and cook way longer than most. End up with a bhindi marmite that - for me and MrsPA - is devine!
