Whacked from a germ and gardening today so knocked out a mature (as in a week or so past its date) Tesco rump steak etc.
The wine this evening was lager.
Looks mighty fineThe wine this evening was lager.
Judging by the whole tin of sweetcorn and choice of wine Sir was dining alone?
Swop the English for Dijon and i'd be on that faster than a tramp on a butty!

Looks great. I was even going to enquire where you got the rolls from as they really look good.
Then you said they were Brioche
Never understood the love for meat and brioche, way too sweet for me.

Totally agree, this fashion for overly sweet Brioche rolls/baps has made me pass up on many a decent looking burger joint!I was even going to enquire where you got the rolls from as they really look good.

All looks perfectly succulent, however I would prefer a touch of something moist (no not the Mrs), a light jus or gravy would make it perfect.Gassing Station | Food, Drink & Restaurants | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
