Catfish Tacos, reminds us of eating them as takeaway in the San Fransisco dunes watching the sun set over the Pacific on a memorable family holiday. Needless to say I don't like avocado.

Yup that's fairly rank , good effort laugh. Baby back ribs , McD style fries and salad here washed down with a frosty beverage or two whilst enjoying the evening sun .

Never before has the word "slightly" been used so inappropriately. I bet the Gurkhas were furious.

First attempt with an Ooni gas fired pizza oven.

Pizza stone was 570c according to my cheap laser thermometer!

Okay, 4/10 from the Swiss judge for presentation but the dough texture and taste was excellent.
