Thanks. Need to practice my dough... first time using semolina as well as part of the dough. I need to stop doing too many "firsts" in recipes.
Still, my kids loved it so I'm winning somewhere...
Great first effort. That temperature is pretty impressive (especially for the gas version).

Goats cheese and spinach tart. The egg spilled when I put it in the oven ruining the presentation. Pizza baking trays work wonders for avoiding a soggy bottom puff pastry.
