Its a jigsaw of that weird character that appeared on his calender weeks back.

Never seen such an eccentric existence of food, artefacts and fish shaped shoes. Really suspect the posts are trolling, all that is posted is on the verge of a mental health crisis with no explanation. Nobody repeatedly sticks carrots, sausages and huge lumps of icing sugar into otherwise innocent savoury dishes.
Icing sugar? I don’t remember that, but it’s a good idea.

First attempt with an Ooni gas fired pizza oven.

Pizza stone was 570c according to my cheap laser thermometer!

Okay, 4/10 from the Swiss judge for presentation but the dough texture and taste was excellent.
Looks good

Thanks. Need to practice my dough... first time using semolina as well as part of the dough.

I need to stop doing too many "firsts" in recipes.

Still, my kids loved it so I'm winning somewhere...

This is what we found with ours (wood fired) and everyone else that's bought one off the back of our experience. I can't remember if its based on the Ooni dough but I've refined it and its now being passed over like a trade secret.

Great first effort. That temperature is pretty impressive (especially for the gas version).

99% sure it's one of these but not sure which. May be one they don't do anymore.

Where's the dijon mustard? Or at the very least, gravy?

Beef looks perfect

Ah, good point

Hope it was a thick, dark, meat juice job as that beef deserves the best

Of course! Beef stock reduced, red wine, onions, garlic, carrot ends, and finally beef juices after resting. Bit of effort but totally worth it

ETA: I did actually take a shot

Goats cheese and spinach tart. The egg spilled when I put it in the oven ruining the presentation. Pizza baking trays work wonders for avoiding a soggy bottom puff pastry.

Spicy Thai Sticky Sea Bass (I think I've inadvertently applied a filter as the rice looks dried out, it wasn't IRL)

One of the last roasties ahead of summer BBQ'ing

Very nice :-) Same idea here but roast pork, tried a slightly different mix for the Yorkies and quite happy with the result.

Was hungry and got a bit carried away with the portion size...
