CdG won't be happy with your carrots, but I could smash that right now, looks ace!I have a chicken breast (pnarrr), peppers and onions to use up. I'm not feeling it tonight.
Most welcome CdG, we’ve got to stick together in this church.
Mixed it up a bit. Some chipotle paste with some herbs over chicken, some veg and rice. All biryani style. I like these kind of dishes cos they are just easy to eat. But never found how to do the rice in the dish without it being stodgy. Think I cracked it tonight, woo.
My mouth would tell me I put too much spice in.

Do you not have anything with it? As lovely as it looks, I can feel cotton mouth
Cotton mouth?Damn picture isn’t showing for me so I’m not sure how much piss is being taken here - can you see the tikka?
Like a really dry mouth, as it's so dry. JC will demonstrate better than words could
I made riata from yogurt, mint sauce and water, a salad of cucumber, onion, tomato and salt (with some mint sauce as well), then griddled some shop-bought flatbreads for the carbs
Was lovely. I nailed the tikka - removed the Kashmiri chilli from the mix I made and it was much more pleasant
Cooked the peppers and onion in the bottom of the grill pan as the tikka was cooking on top
To make the chicken, I sliced into the breast then marinaded, making it easier to grill and with lots of edges to catch the flame and burn - chopping then threading onto skewers is much more hassle, I now prefer this way!
