Goan pork curry, tomato rice, vegetable subji, coconut chutney and pakora.
I like to get all the main ingredients prepped before I start cooking, takes a bit longer but makes it a bit easier, and I do like my saturday afternoon/evening kitchen time with a few beers and Radio 2.
The pork off-cuts on the left will be put out for our regular fox visitor a bit later.
