No skate here, but a chickpea salad with halloumi.

I was pleased with it, and tried for the first time to cook halloumi in the air fryer. It worked really well, to the point that unless I'm barbecuing, I'm not sure I'll do it any other way in future.

Galicia, not for the faint of heart if you can't speak a word of Spanish but other than that, the food and beer is perfecto.

Spent 5 days in Baiona after delivering my mates yacht there from Plymouth back in 2018… Food was awesome… both seafood and steaks
