Really? Shame they decided they didn't want to be associated with religious bigots?
Lame argument. So you truly believe the management had no idea about the Chick fil a's owner's beliefs regarding gays? Really?Plus do you know Chick fil a hires staff from all kinds of backgrounds, religious beliefs etc? Not to mention the whole controversy started from something the owner said 7 years ago? There's religious bigotry in India, so let's ban Indian takeaways restaurants, Religious bigotry in Islam so let's ban middle eastern/asian restaurants businesses as well. So let's punish everyone just because you don't agree with someone's personal beliefs. fk off!

Yes, I don't think the management had any idea. Why would they??Plus do you know Chick fil a hires staff from all kinds of backgrounds, religious beliefs etc? There's religious bigotry all over the place, but in those same places plenty of people aren't particularly religious or bigotted.
Whereas this actual company has supported anti LGBT sentiment because of their religion.

Yes I did and maybe your feeble brain didn't get my point which is let me become exactly the same way as those that I call out for their intolerance!
Ah, the personal insult. When you feel like addressing the point instead of childish name-calling I'll be happy to engage again.

Nonsense. One store among many whose policies are campaigned against.
Time and resources are limited. You seem to be looking for a reason to condemn them because they're not addressing every issue simultaneously. As that's obviously impossible for any single group, perhaps you just don't like people who act in line with their principles?
The Islamic faith is against LGBT rights, so I would call that nonsense. The issue is why are they are targeting one brand when many others are not targeted what so ever, smacks of double standards.Time and resources are limited. Because, for the third time, their time and resources are limited. How could they possibly target everything?I'd guess that you aren't working on finding cures for all known diseases, but I don't think that is a failing on your part., and it'd be daft and unreasonable for me to expect it of you or anyone.

Do you not seevthe context being relevent. The fact that they target one brand introduced to the UK, yet disregard other brands/ owners. I guess it can only be a simpleton that thinks this is down to time and resources.

What is it with the name-calling on here? The fact that they target one brand introduced to the UK, yet disregard other brands/ owners. I guess it can only be a simpleton that thinks this is down to time and resources.
Are you incapable of having a discussion without flinging insults?

Chick Fil A is a $10bn multinational corporation making substantial contributions to anti LGBT organisations. Achmed's Kebab on the high st is not really on the same scale of impact in global politics.
Do you protest against Muslm owned businesses, as this is the whole point of the argument? Nothing else. ( a religious view against LGBT)Edited by 8.4L 154 on Saturday 19th October 21:23

Hmmm...it's 50% owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.
Where in Abu Dhabi it is illegal to be Gay. I wonder how many LGBT people who shopat the mall there realise this.Stories like this are ridicoulus, but trigger the POP offended to come out the woodwork.
