We have a double drawer air fryer and it gets used all the time and has made our kitchen oven almost redundant. Just ordered a single drawer version of the same, to use in our caravan. Together with the fitted microwave and the electric portable induction hob that we take with us, I can't see us using the caravan gas cooker & hob ever again.
It had crossed my mind that they may be perfect for motorhomes and caravans. Small, versatile, use less energy and produce great results. The Gauge said:

Since we got ours we've done the usual waffles and fish fingers etc.
Did a mini pizza. Did a slab of salmon coated in tikka. Did diced Cajun chicken (and these were amazing, slight crunch on the outside corners, super juicy inside). Crispy shredded/chilli Chinese beef also good.
Just did cookies in it.
Now....can you do burritos?

Can confirm. Air fryer burrito is the business.
Stuff it, wrap it, quick brush with some oil and into the basket at 190/6mins. Come out golden, piping hot throughout and with a slight crisp. Perfect.
Our usual method was to sorta crisp them/cook the outer in a hot pan with some oil. Then into the oven for 15 mins to warm them through.
With this method, none of that and it's better. To improve it further could have probably cooked the chicken in the fryer as well. But we did it in the oven as we weren't sure.

Anyone any tips for cooking belly pork in the air fryer ?
30 minutes for plain crispy chunks of belly. Can’t remember if I did it at 180-200C. Probably on the side of caution, 180. Can always put more heat in, can’t take it out.Or for flavoured, 20 mins, cover in sauce of choice - maple syrup, bbq - back in for another 10.
Worked ok for us.

Pretty much the same for me. I can't think what I'd need to use 200 for.
I use max temperature for finishing off chicken wings/thighs/drummers etc. after coating with BBQ sauce for the last 5 minutes or so after cooking almost all the way through at 160-180 as it does wonders for the maillard effect.
