Very true on being way to much though... The mrs and I had another go at it the next evening with some pitta breads and there is still a fair bit lurking in the fridge which the dog is looking forward to :-)
Was in Bristol for a city break last week and did our standard bab from Matina in St Nicholas Markets when we got there.
They are absolutely great, and there is generally a huge queue for them. My picture doesn't do it justice, but the bread is freshly baked (they have a sort of tandoor) and I had a mixed lamb and chicken with everything and it was immense.
