That's some textbook filth there. Low quality meat all round.

I'm just astonished that one human can put that much stuff away. Even at my eating peak I'd be breathing heavily at the end of a large kebab.

Tried somewhere different last night. Kebab / burger type thing with cheesy chips and a large mixed grill...

With a dinner plate for scale.

Came with a couple of flatbreads, tray of salad and some pots of chilli sauce and mint yogurt.
Oh, yes!

Admittedly the burger patties were the typical cash & carry affairs but the kebab despite its looks was very good - couple of grilled lamb chops, two seekh kebabs, chicken wings, grilled chicken breast and a mix of lamb / chicken donner. Was expecting a pool in oil in the container but was very little so not going to go as far as saying it was healthy but much better than a takeaway pizza or fried chicken I guess.

Very true on being way to much though... The mrs and I had another go at it the next evening with some pitta breads and there is still a fair bit lurking in the fridge which the dog is looking forward to :-)

Not a takeaway but I feel this fits here.

Like a dry bread covered Pepperami. Felt incredibly wrong.

This was from Movie Park Germany. I'd assume it's wide spread here? I'll look in Aldi at some stage.

That's always been the problem with BK, a well made whopper is a fine burger.

However the service, quality and overall experience is very inconsistent.
I disagree, having 3 separate BK's in my immediate vicinity I've found them all very consistently poor!

Was in Bristol for a city break last week and did our standard bab from Matina in St Nicholas Markets when we got there.

They are absolutely great, and there is generally a huge queue for them. My picture doesn't do it justice, but the bread is freshly baked (they have a sort of tandoor) and I had a mixed lamb and chicken with everything and it was immense.

Can't say no to a good sheekh kebab. Only downside is it gets messy towards the end cos of all the sauce dissolving the naan
