Quad sausage... savage!

Re the bacon, yep its really gone down hill. I have had to take stuff back recently because the bacon was actually raw. Should have gone to the EHO but CBA.

They steam it IIRC, and I don't know what's going on with my local but its gone down hill massively. Also had burnt stuff. Seems they are struggling either way!!

I normally go every Friday morning but I have been cutting back recently as I have found its just not worth the hassle any more.

The coffee is becoming a total joke too - if you were lucky you got 3/4 of a cup but down to half a cup now. 5.09 for a p*ss poor effort no thanks.
It's very unlikely to be raw. It will just be steamed flaccid and left to go cold.

I’m far to tight to throw half of something away. It goes into the fridge and gets eaten for lunch the next day or forgotten about for a few days and then binned.

Not had a proper rectangle of righteousness in here in ages, so bravo biggrin

Too many folk deconstructing their rice dishes. If a rice dish is served in a foil rectangle, then it should retain that shape until chipped away at with a fork. Like a JCB slowly moving chunks of a block of earth

I don’t think it’s tight, why’d you throw away perfectly good food?!

st, you could even freeze it!

I’m actually even more impressed he added salt to a Chinese meal, which are typically as “salty as the Mediterranean”* to start with

  • Nigella used this in her show once, to describe how salty the water should be for making pasta, and it’s left an impression on me

That makes sense, the City was a ghost town when I drove through yesterday! What's going on?

Might be my adopted country in the future, our global HQ is in Findel..

Salt and vinegar (out of shot) on the chips.

As this was consumed around 10pm after quite a few beers so was A) Trying to hide the evidence from my my wife for one. B) Chips don't do well being reheated in the microwave

I'd eat about 2/3 of the Foo Yung - so not really worth keeping the last 1/3. If I'd had had rice instead of the chis - then yes potentially worthwhile seeing for another days lunch.

Her in doors: “do you want a McDonald’s picking up on my way home”
Me: “yes please!”

Half a tub of fries and a collapsed burger. Their bacon really is ste.
Illustrates perfectly the state of UK McD's fries vs. the German offering posted yesterday, much like the country as a whole our fries appear to have no 'backbone'.
Big Tasty with Bacon is great in the UK. Maccies chicken wings in Germany aren't as good as Spain Maccies, but the crosscuts were nice.

Basically, I just try all the random Maccies in the countries I visit.

It was for Acsension. Public and banking holidays can fall on any day of the week.
Findel, global HQ - privately owned company with a swanky new building there?....
Good luck with your move. If you need any info, drop me a PM.
There are a few Brit PHers here.
