Dry fried with a knob of butter in the pan just before serving. Dunno if that's right or wrong, but it's what I do

Looks good - eggs on point. Is that a mushroom, or Black pudding lurking at 1 o’clock ? Snorkers look good for Premier Inn (I’ve given up on the sausages there - and just have extra Black Pudding now)

Hash brown but its more like the type you'd find on a burger rather than the typical triangle ones, really crisp on the outside but quite light inside - no idea on brand as it came from the local catering overstock place but cant complain at 12 for £1.
