A sturdy start to matchday. The yolk broke on impact so had to salvage it somehow. It tasted off though so went in the bin after this shot.

Looks good. I miss black pudding over here.

The egg of shame had to be disguised, but chorizo shrooms and sausage hit the spot.

Dish was mustarded, peppered and chived after the pic was taken.

Dry fried with a knob of butter in the pan just before serving. Dunno if that's right or wrong, but it's what I do smile
I’m not one to call out cultural appropriation but this is not on. Once you fry your square sausage, bacon etc in the pan, the tattle scone goes in towards the end to soak up the fat, lard and burny bits and make sure they don’t escape. None of this ‘knob of butter’ sassenach nonsense.

Ye may tak the Euro cup but ye’ll never tak oor tattie scones !!

Looks good to me. Pity about the poorly laid table.

That does look good. I had to work today and my missus did me scrambled eggs, chorizo and American maple bacon for breakie but I think I'd upset a few people if I shared the photo laugh Tasted great and I don't have to cook or clean, so bonus points for her there!

Double yolker this morning, my wife says that's an omen for a two goal win for England tonight.
