Delonghi espresso machine repair - recommendations

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a repair company for a domestic Delonghi espresso machine please?

My mum owns a Dedica EC680, which has been sent back twice to Delonghi's repair company, Staffords, but on each occasion it has stopped working within a few months, so I am reluctant to use them again.

Any recommendations would be great please.
