Home late so freezer food.

Katsu sauce in tub. Surprisingly good on chips! Also has ketchup for the odd chips obvs

Another ‘raid the fridge for what’s left’ dinner. Omelette filled with sliced sausages and cheese, accompanied with some potato cubes which I seasoned well, air fried then tossed in some garlic butter and sprinkled with crispy bacon which I also did in air fryer. And of course, some HP brown sauce.

Yourself and the Gauge both have a point although I'd say golden rather than yellow. : )

Similar to my recent 'leftovers' omelet. This one was mushroom, Yorkshire pudding and cheese (no sauce):
