So some cooking was required, but these are more here than there

Crispy potatoes skins, with cheese, bacon, cheese, jalapeños, cheese and sauce. With cheese

I covered half of them with a garlic and chilli sauce, omg, amaze!

First beer can chicken of the year for us this evening. Absolutely delicious.

Rubbed with rapeseed oil and a bit of peri peri seasoning. Served with home made wedges and baked beans with a pinch of Daylesford chipotle chillies (maybe that bit moves us into pretentious territory but they are fantastic!)

I made a very good vinaigrette with good quality olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, honey and dijon mustard and some garlic.
