His or mine? My excuse is I used my iPhone for the photos. And I'm a crap photographer.

After having a bit of a think I came up with this idea. Omelette with smoked salmon, spring onions and black pudding, served with a couple of slices of toasted french bread. Here's the tidy shot:

then the close up. The Wasabi sauce set it off nicely, the chilli sauce a bit too hot for first thing sunday:

The, erm, money shot..?

And finally, eaten "builder" style:

Delicious, if a bit big. Gotta sit down for bit now...

Yeah, tried eating it with the cutlery, found it too fiddly!

Long time lurker on here and the take away threads so thought I would contribute.

Ran 8 miles this morning and couldn't resist a nice Breakfast.

Bread (toasted), eggs (poached) Stornoway black pudding, five beans, HP and a coffee.

The result.

The money shot.

Done in about 5 minutes.

Am I doing this right?

Raided the fridge at 8.30 am this morning and made a chicken, asparagus and Parma ham pasta with sundried tomato pesto and borsan sauce.

Bloody lovely!

Here is a question for you, is a breakfast anything you eat in the morning or the type of food?

E.g if I have pie and chips at 9am is that breakfast or a dinner in the morning

Or a full English at 8pm, is that dinner or breakfast in the evening?
