Replace the tomatoes with mushrooms and the hash browns with fried bread and I would be eating that out of the frying pan without even using my hands. Epic.

Do the 'ameriwcans' do brown sauce? as this was in an american style dinner.

I had american mustard and ketchup instead.

Really? Looks awful to me - each to their own.

It all looks very dry. Anaemic hash-yellow*, overcooked & flipped eggs that look like they were fried in insufficient fat and one of those egg ring things, cheap sausages that have been sliced in half and cold/microwaved baked beans**. The bacon doesn't look awful though it appears to be typical supermarket thin back. The tomato seems to be 'seared' but not cooked. I don't know what to say about the mushrooms.
Glossy fluorescent condiments don't look appetising either.

* Hash browns are the Devil's work any way.
** Baked beans shouldn't be for breakfast.

3/10

Generous with the 3, however I do disagree with beans for breakfast.

I agree that the ingredients would not have been butchers quality no. But then again this was the middle of selfridges and a american style dinner.

Eggs, tomato, bacon and sausage where done on the flat top. The reason the top egg looks round is that it was only the yolk, the misses cut it out of her fried egg as she doesn't like the yellow bit. The hash brown was quite crisp and deep fried but does look abit pale. The mushrooms and beans where probably nuked and left in a banmaree.

Tasted good all the same, although I wish I would have tried the breakfast burger.

If you prefer I could agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Just collected brunch for the office from the sandwich shop cocked the order up and gave us one to many baguettes.

Scoffed and just deciding if I just go for the other half now or in a while.

I thought I'd knock up a smoked salmon scrambled egg breakfast with Buck's Fizz... But she got up early and drank the orange juice... Turns out apple juice and champagne go quite well though biggrin

One I had a few months ago. Technically dinner as it was eaten at 8pm (brinner!) but still a breakfast dish.

2 sausages
4 rashers of bacon
8 mushrooms
6 new potatoes
3 eggs
Half a tin of beans
White bap.

Yorkshires finest brew complemented with a delightful thick cut bacon and locally produced sausage. All lovingly presented in lightly toasted layers of fresh white bread.

C'mon Monday! Lets be avin ya!
