Doth not the food of gods, the Sausage & Egg McMuffin have a slice of plastic cheese?
A guilty pleasure. However, I simply cannot bring myself to order a McMuffin, I just can't say it.
Two sausage McMuffins and a black coffee are my default hangover remedy if circumstances allow. The hash browns are good but have a serious laxative effect, IMO, that kicks in only once you're back on the motorway. Clever bds.

I'm waiting for someone to do one of those stuffed breakfast fatties.
Here's one from the BBQ Pitboys https://youtu.be/3LqwKMpCqyg
But that one from Food Network where they do a Grilled Egg and Cheese Stuffed Breakfast Fatty then put a slice of it on an iced cinnamon bun is just too much.

They always add pea shoots. I have grown to like them.
Is that the cafe in Bollington? Had exactly the same yesterday (minus the bacon) - saved the shrubbery until the end as I like them but not sure they are a match with poached eggs.
