You poach a good egg. Is that a tesco pattie or an Aldi? Looks great. 48k said:

Thanks. The eggs are from my chickens so easy to poach without any messing around with swirling or vinegar or clingfilm nonsense. The sausages are "Old Time" from my local butcher, I split the skins take the mixture out and form them in to patties.FiF said:

Every time I see poached eggs from home brewed chickens tend to start scoping out where to put a chicken coop and run. Then reality sets in, the dog would scare them into not laying one suspects.
We've got four border collies and they're scared of the chickens. The only thing they go near them for is their "output" which they adore rather too much 48k said:

I'm struggling to think of a smart-arse critical comment about that. Really nice-looking breakfast with a welcome lack of sauces. Gold star for you old chap. Mr Roper said:
A lot better than the first time I went here. Sausages are still woeful but the rest was pretty much spot on.

Looks good apart from the tomatoes. Never been anywhere that serves them to try them and I am not likely to eat a whole tin on my own. I wonder if its a regional thing.£8.90 with a tea.
