Bacon and sausage sandwich.

Actually not going to do this again. Just bacon sandwich is better than sausage and bacon. Bread cut lenthways and griddled, it was nice to have the meat juices on the bread but plain fresh bread (with butter) is better. Apart from that it was fine! But don't know until you give it a try.

Cotty, you're doing it as well.

You need beans or toms, fried/tinned with that, though in your case, it would be
5 tins, probably of both, with 2 pound of fried toms as well, LOL

...except them square things. Fried bread - that's where it's at.

Im not a great fan of tomatoes and beans just contaminate everthing else on the plate. The sauce gets everywhere and every mouthfull has a bit of beans flavour.

Went for quality this time, traditional truck stop or cafe next week

duck eggs, beef sausages, 97% pork sausages, chestnut mushrooms, black pudding and dry cured bacon. Duck eggs both look and taste fantastic, so much more so than hens eggs. Yummy.

Andy

Those breckies without beans/toms are great, don't get me RONG, just feel they look a tad dry. I suppose a big cup of tea/coffee/orange juice will suffice.

Anyway, keep them piccies comin in innit, oh and whez the McD's LOL.

Over easy just means you turn them over half way so the top cooks quicker. I broke the yokes on the plate to show they were not over cooked.

Indeed... I perhaps frivolously thought a thread where people take pictures of their breakfast must be tongue-in-cheek so I was making a joke of your broken eggs which look like they've been dropped and covered in dirt. Sorry if I offended frown

For me potato farls and beans are perfectly acceptable and verging on necessary.

That and loads of sausages and black pudding, not a great fan of bacon unless its cooked to an absolute crisp,

Last full breakfast i ate that wasn't a mcdonald's (and I'm upto 3 of them a week) was a Tesco cafe breakfast and that was horrific, i shall now undo this bad deed with inspiration from this thread on saturday and ruin my diet,

Keep up the good work its making me hungry!
