Chips have absolutely no place with a fry up!
indeed, whats wrong with people. it'll be chips with curry next!!

The only potato based food that should be on a fry up are hash browns.
So, so wrong. It should be a tattie scone (and Lorne sausage). wink

Apparently you MUST have at least duck or a waffle, when visiting the Duck & Waffle up the Heron...

Ready for the day ahead after that. Looks like toast but that's fried bread on the plate. A lot of debate between my friends if beans and brown sauce go but it's a yes from me.

Almost got it symmetrical hehe

Think I'd like a bit more colour on the snags.

A combination of bean juice, brown sauce and egg yolk mopped up with bread and butter is a flavour sent directly from the gods.

If I have just beans on toast I like a dollop of brown sauce on there (HP of course). With fried eggs on top even better, one egg per slice then an extra slice cut into two for residue mop up.
