Competitive Weetabixing? New one on me, 3 or 4 used to be normal when I ate them, prefer the little ones these days they don’t go as soggy as quickly.

I usually have 5 or 6, sometimes 8 (but you have to stack them carefully!

Can't say I have ever tried eating as many as possible....

How do you fit them in the bowl?

you use a casserole dish... can get loads in, then milk, no dry bits, then a mountain of sugar

Dunno, but when I was about 16 or 17, I used to have a mixing bowl with 9 Weetabix, a desertspoon of sugar and abour three-quarters of a pint of milk, every weekdays morning. I was about 5'10" and no more than 11.5 stone. (Don't know where I used to put it.)

Actually thinking about it when I was younger I used to use mixing bowls rather than cereal bowls...

Strange - I never have milk on them. Just a bit of marg and can eat about 6 if im reasonably hungry at night to fill the gap.

Perhaps we should have a world record attempt but please no milk.

Did you know, that when they dug the rescue hole for the Chilean miners, it took them a long time to start drilling because before they could drill they had a team of people eating weetabix. Using special bowls which fit over the drill head, they each added in 3 weetabix a day, with cold milk. They then eat the weetabix, but leave the sloshy leftover bit in the bottom. Then, crucially - they forget to put the bowl in the dishwasher until the next day.

Thus they were able to manufacture a drill head tipped with the hardest substance in the known universe, which is 24hr dried on weetabix/milk mix.

Thus ensuring the safe rescue of the miners.

Wouldn't they be ridiculously dry without milk?
