For The Love of God - Vai @ Seville 1992
Vai's first, and best, live performance of the tune. Just majestic.

Vai with Whitesnake 1990 - For the Love of God..

Seems Steve's memory was impaired at Seville when he said, 'As a matter of fact, this is the first time I'll be playing this live in front of an audience'. Cheeky bugger.

Well I can imagine touring with Whitesnake would have been.... exciting so perhaps he has no recollection of that time. Seems Steve's memory was impaired at Seville when he said, 'As a matter of fact, this is the first time I'll be playing this live in front of an audience'. Cheeky bugger.
I love this girl...Shelley Segal. If she ever makes it, you can say you saw her here first!!

AC/DC in stunning form at Essex SU Dancehall, Colchester.
I saw lots of bands here in my late teens including a memorable night with The Ramones, but I really wish I'd been at THIS gig..

And they're still stunning, not sure which is better here, the band or the crowd going absolutely mental I saw lots of bands here in my late teens including a memorable night with The Ramones, but I really wish I'd been at THIS gig..

I found a Phil Collins intro on YT which I will link when when I get home which gave me tingles down my spine, which was awesome.

Here is the link to the Phil Collins intro that i was waffling on about last night, not sure if there is a HQ version of it.

I saw them in January 1980 at Essex University. I've seen LOADS of punk and rock bands over the years and without a doubt that gig was the best I've ever been to. Flat out all night and all I could do to keep the crowd back from crushing my girlfriend and I at the front...and £4!!!David Bowie, Nine Inch Nails - Hurt
This version is very different to the NIN orignal and the Johnny Cash Cover...

Incredible band, incredible live sets, and nice to see a full concert on you'tube.
Or this at Glasto 2002. Insomnia played as the sun goes down. Look at the energy of that crowd. Fantastic to place to be. Sadly no longer performing together.
