Which ones? My life was devoted to them. Pressure 100.3, Rude 104.3, Flex 103.6 and Don/Dream were my goto's. Found loads of others such as Transmission FM 107.8, Supreme 96.1 - there were around 40 at one point, I ran out of room on my radio select options.
Rude 88.2When we were young, in the early 90s we would drive into London from Milton Keynes, with a Ghetto Blaster and tune in to Don, call the number up for shouts, then moved to Kool with a K as well, cruising round the capital, locked in locked on. Loved it.

Just after me I think. I did about a year, was too hard as I had work Saturdays and was on Friday night shift.
Wicked memories! Fugue, Flava etc.
