Just home in Aberdeen from seeing them In Glasgow. Absolutely epic. Support band weren't to my taste but they weren't bad, imagine the emo kids from South Park singing depeche mode.
Saw them in Cardiff last night. Thought they were brilliant, as has been said not the most communicative but a funny moment when Trent stopped between songs to ask if he could test his pads because he thought they'd shorted out due to the ammount of sweat pouring of him.Support band, Cold Cave, were ok. Needed to mix up their beat at times. felt like "here's a beat, I'm going to sing to it, end".
Saw them on Sat night at N'ham and was in two minds. Musically very tight - can't remember seeing them play better - but they seemed to be playing for themselves, not the audience - virtually no interaction from Trent at all! Lights went up literally 2 seconds after Hurt finished at the end, with no thank-you or goodbye...
Set list was also a little formulaic, and with a few more 'slower' numbers than usual. Compared to their "last ever" European tour ~4 years ago (where they blew the entire audience away), they didn't seem that bothered, IYSWIM.
(Possibly didn't help that I saw Prince a week ago, and he was on properly top form...which for Prince is a rather high bar!)
