So while out the other day I spotted this. Trundling through the parked cars is its nose peaks out from the traffic. At first I thought that's a lovely E24 six series, then I spot the back eek

So can anyone find any conversions that actually look good and don't seem like a waste of a good car? Or something equally awful accepted too wink

I'm probably in a minority but I think that is pretty cool. If it was a targa top it would be even cooler.

I think that's cool too!

I'm all for it if it's done to cars that may have otherwise been scrapped, or left to ruin. It looks like the owner really takes care of that,....I've lost count the amount of e34s I've seen in terrible condition

30 years ago my Dad had one of these for a short time:

6 wheel Range Rover Pick Up

It was hideous.

I like it too, a lot of hard work has gone into that, looks almost 'factory built' if that makes any sense?

I think that's a convertible, probably a Hutchinsons I think used to make them. They did a Nova, too.

A lot of those conversion's would look a lot better without the obligatory chequer plate finish.

I seem to remember a company making mk2 fiesta convertibles called a fiesta fly.
