Looking for an IP camera that I can mount outdoors. Don't need super-duper image quality, it's just to watch over a small-ish garden.

What it needs to do is:
1) Alert me when it senses motion between certain time ranges
2) Be easy to access remotely on android and iPhone
3) It would be ideal if it could record direct to a cloud service (like Google Drive) so I don't need to set up a NAS drive

Any suggestions?

A few weeks ago I setup the ReoLink PoE dome cameras. I connected 2 cameras to my home server and record to external HD and then copy to a cloud backup. The app on my android phone is excellent so I can see the cameras at anytime (using 4G etc). The motion sensing is pretty accurate too so I've set it up to do this rather than continual recording. Not sure if it can tell you when the motion has been detected, but it is quite customisable. Pretty cheap cameras and easy to setup using PoE Cat 5 cable.

I’ve bought a couple of Netamo light/cameras for front and back. Easy to install, covert camera and work really well:
