I'm toying with going to the Royal Albert Hall on the 24th of November to see Soul 2 Soul. Always liked them, but have never seen them live, and its on the eve of my 50th.

Should I do it?

Its these or Deacon Blue, a couple of weeks earlier, also at the Royal Albert Hall.

Time warp or what? I never got to see either of these at the time. I desperately wanted to see Deacon Blue, but couldn't for various reasons. I keep meaning to book a "retro" festival, but my wife doesn't like looking back so much. Although she's coming around to the idea more recently.

We're hoping they announce more dates too.

In the meantime, we've got tickets for Rammstein and Green Day, but we can't see MCR. I said to her we should book some Meatloaf tickets to make up for the disappointment. Well, two out of three ain't bad...

Not seen them live, but I have a live recording from a few years ago and they sound pretty good.

Guns n' Roses now confirmed 25th June in Glasgow Green.
Would go if Pearl Jam wasn't the very same day in Berlin.

GnR fan club (nightrain) have a presale link, when you’re paying £140 for a golden circle ticket, what’s another £30 to join the fan club

i’ve bought those tickets for dublin and berlin in previous years, well worth the extra £50!

I'm gonna have to get for glasgow on the 31st, payday thankfully. Also need painting done on my car, just bought a new bumper & going to be buying an intercooler.

Noodles for a month it is hehe Going to Green Day the night before, so I'll be annoyed if I don't get tickets!

I just added 'Goan Dogs' at the Boiler Room in Guildford on 15th Feb.

I felt I needed some live music to lift my January blues...

I hate this time of the year, it's just grey skies and bills, bills, bills, bills, bills and I've not even got a ski holiday to look forward to this year... frown

I can totally relate, first year in a long time I haven't arranged a ski trip, terrible mistake!

Got my tickets for GnR in Glasgow, can't wait. Saw 'them' on the Chinese Democracy tour and unlike a lot of people, I absolutely loved it!
