Both Ben Watt and The Beat (Dave Wakeling's version) have cancelled this year's tours and Blancmange (moved from last October to this May) is now moved out to October this year now.

Stereo MCs next week? No news yet, but it won't happen then obviously.

Have ticket for Download, however that looks unlikely to happen - as early June. Apparently an official update on monday, but suspect it will be postponed to 2022 frown

Just bought a ticket to Slam Dunk festival (Hatfield), which has been re-scheduled from May to September, so much better chance of happening.
Also a cracking line up, however i would not be surprised by line-up changes.

TBH if i get to go to a single day of a festival, no matter who is playing, with no covid bullst. I will consider that a result!

I see today Reading/Leeds are having a go and selling tickets. Last weekend in August - Ballsy but presumably they’ve got some insurers to underwrite it. Bands will be happy to commit to a festival, costs for them will be relatively low due to promoter provided stage, PA, lights etc.

Is anyone going to spend 100 large on a gig ticket on the basis they will do tests and you wont get in if you fail?

Aerosmith have rescheduled for next year. There's some scuttlebutt about a Glasto appearance.

Got an email the other day that the re-scheduled 2020 Wardruna concert, set for 23rd of April, has now been rescheduled again for the 17th of March 2022.

Understandable but was hoping that it might be a little closer.

Just got frour tickets for London Grammar in November, reasonably confident that will happen.

Just waiting to find out when Neck Deep will reschedule their April dates.

Stereo MCs moved to November, but that's OK, I was expecting that.

Recently booked End of the Road festival in September, pretty confident for that one. Also have woman tickets, but not at all confident international travel will be sufficiently sorted by then

We Out Here festival in August, a Gilles Peterson curated festival featuring jazz, afro-beats and dj's late into the night. Can't wait.

Then in November seeing London Grammar at Ally Pally. She's got such a haunting voice, hopefully the acoustics there work well enough!

We had Killers tickets for June last year, that was postponed of course to June this year and now rescheduled for next year now.

The Beat in Salisbury was cancelled a few weeks ago, but now they're appearing in Guildford around the same time, which is great as it's much closer to home! I'm not 100% sure that a July gig will happen though...

Also off to the Boileroom to see Goan Dogs again in October.

Nightwish are currently penciled in for May I think? But that will probably move.

A few club and DJ nights from June onwards.
