There's a relatively unknown rapper from the US called Viper, who had a track / album become a meme a few years ago called 'You'll Cowards Don't Even Smoke Crack':
Ironically, that's one of the more 'professional' looking covers. He's released dozens since and most are literally just low quality selfies with Microsoft Paint text overlaid on top. They're so basic that it's hard to even know which are made by him, and which are parodies made by someone else, but apparently all of these are genuine....
