Any of you chaps listened to Greta Van Fleet at all? It's heavily Led Zep/AC-DC/Rush influenced and I just cannot stop listening to it! These two tunes give you a good flavour.

Been on the Atmospheric Black Metal of late:-
Lumnos - Existentialism
Ah Ciliz
Chiral
Also new Mesarthim and (I think?) Leviathan out, so that's more to investigate.

Their album Jord came out today. Try it maybe.
Also new Ghost single is brilliant as usual.
Palm Reader's album Braille is excellent. So is Press to MECO- Here's to the Fatigue but possibly has too many soft bits for this thread.
Still loving Conjurer - Mire as well.

I'm Deathmole,
Tech-death is very hit and miss for me, but really enjoying what I've heard of the new Augury and especially Inferi.
Not just been on the clean and twiddly stuff mind... Beltez and Wallachia have been ticking the Black Metal boxes for me. Neither of those does anything new, but satisfying listens nonetheless.

Well hello, there's a new Pungent Stench album! Well, kind of. Seems they've stopped suing each other for long enough to get the rights to their back catalogue, including their previously unreleased album. Not going to set the world on fire, but nice to see it finally emerge. Some nice extras on the other re-issues as well - demo and early EP stuff I'd long since consigned to the TDK C90 graveyard.
Some more things that have been tickling my ears of late...
Return of Necrophobic
New stuff from Varathron and Acherontas, for those who enjoy their Black Metal with a Greek tinge.

Pretty raw Black Metal from Ungfell
Part of a wider circle of bands falling under the "Helvetic Underground Committee", which seems to be a Swiss version of LLN (although with actual releases, so clearly not nearly as kvlt). Guessing mileage may vary on how daft and cliched that sort of thing is these days, but some interesting stuff nonetheless.

OK, I am late to the party with this band, I dismissed them originally as run of the mill Deathcore and I hate Djent, but I stumbled upon them again and the album is like an onion, opening up and revealing more and more with repeated plays, this is my current favourite song from their Scryers of the Ibis opus:
Ovid's Withering - Oedipus Complex (give it a full listen)
