Fingers crossed, this time it looks like I've sold it! 
The buyer is due to bring the cash round on Sunday, then get the truck picked up early next week. Sounded like a nice chap on the phone, and unlike the first abortive attempt, didn't start out with "how much will you knock off for the recovery costs"?
