Hi, I have seen movies of Muddy Bottom near Lyndhurst. Looks to live up to its name! But then people are probably not going to upload any tame bits I suppose.

So, is it worth going there on road tyres? Maybe in the summer if not now?

If the answer is no, are there any other nearby sites or clubs that have driverounds? Not really interested in RTV trials..

I wouldn't. It's a very wet site in the winter, with most of it on a slight slope. I sank a Unimog there once. My advice would be to go along as a spectator, park up in the car park and have a look on foot. That way you can see how others are managing and on which tyres. You can always pay an hour or so later to have a bash if you're feeling up to it.
